RAAW™ Juice Recipes: Gummy “Bear” Snacks

Gummy snacks are a great treat that people of all ages enjoy, but they aren’t usually that great for you. This recipe, using RAAW™ Juice and grass fed gelatin, cuts out the high fructose corn syrup and all the other bad stuff, just leaving you with Deliciously Natural Gummy Snacks the whole family can enjoy!

What you’ll need:

  • RAAW™ Juice, flavor(s) of your choice (We used Passion Fruit Wheatgrass and Raspberry Lemongrass)
  • 7 to 8 Tablespoons of Grass Fed Gelatin (We used Great Lakes, If you can’t find this at a local store, try Amazon)
  • Sauce Pan
  • Candy Molds (Silicone works best) or small cookie cutters (We used a dolphin shaped ice cube tray for the Passion Fruit Wheatgrass, and a flower shaped cookie cutter for the Raspberry Lemongrass)
  • Measuring Cup
  • Wisk
  • Coconut oil, or other non-stick cooking oil or spray.

What to do:

In the room temperature saucepan, add one bottle of RAAW™ Juice and sprinkle 7 to 8 tablespoons of Gelatin on top, let the gelatin absorb the juice for a few minutes.

When the juice is absorbed slightly – roughly the consistency of a paste, place saucepan on stove top and heat over low heat. Wisk gently until all gelatin is dissolved.

Transfer liquid to a measuring cup. Lightly grease your candy mold with coconut oil or other non-stick cooking spray.  Pour liquid into the candy mold, and let set in fridge for 1-2 hours, or until firm.

Remove from mold and enjoy! Store in a refrigerated airtight container for 1-2 weeks.

RAAW™Juice Recipe – Cranberry Ginger Green Tea

To Make Iced Cranberry Ginger Green Tea:

What you’ll need: Your favorite Green Tea (we used Lipton Pure Green Tea), Ice, Hot Water, a measuring cup, a bottle of Cranberry Ginger RAAW™ Juice, and a cup.

What to do (PER individual serving, increase sizes for more):  Boil around 1 cup of water, pour into measuring cup, and steep 1 or 2 tea bags in the hot water.  Wait until the Green Tea reaches room temperature. In your cup add ice, amount of desired Cranberry Ginger RAAW™ Juice, and ½ cup of cold water; now add the green tea from the measuring cup. Add more ice to cool.

What’s better than a Mimosa? A Bellini with a Mango twist! A great recipe for all of you who love champagne and our RAAW™ Juice!

What you need:

2 Ounces of Mango Guarana

4 Ounces of your favorite champagne (We used Prosecco)

1 Ounce of Mango Puree (Optional, but recommended)

Champagne Flute

 

What to do:

Pour the Mango Guarana Juice into the champagne flute

Slowly add the Prosecco

RAAW Mango Guarana Margarita’s

Tired of your basic unhealthy margarita? Try this satisfying RAAWesome margarita made with RAAW Juices to #RAAWardYourself!

What you need:

  • Salt or sugar, for rim of glasses*
  • ½ Lime, cut into quarters
  • ½ cup tequila
  • 2/3rd cup of Mango Guarana
  • 3 Tablespoons of lime juice**
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 margarita glasses
  • Small saucer
  • Cocktail shaker or small pitcher

What to do:

  • Spread a thin layer of salt or sugar on the small saucer
  • Run 1 lime wedge around the rim of 2 margarita glasses
  • Press rims of glasses into the sugar/salt on saucer
  • In the cocktail shaker or small pitcher, combine tequila, Mango Guarana juice, lime juice, and ice cubes
  • Stir or shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  • Squeeze juice from 1 lime piece into each drink, and drop the lime piece in the glass
  • Serve immediately

*Could also use pink Himalyan salt for the rim of the glasses, or a salt and sugar combination.

** Fresh lime juice could be substituted for bottled lime juice.
