7 to 8 Tablespoons of Grass Fed Gelatin (We used Great Lakes, If you can’t find this at a local store, try Amazon)
Candy Molds (Silicone works best) or small cookie cutters (We used a dolphin shaped ice cube tray for the Passion Fruit Wheatgrass, and a flower shaped cookie cutter for the Raspberry Lemongrass)
Coconut oil, or other non-stick cooking oil or spray.
What to do:
In the room temperature saucepan, add one bottle of RAAW™ Juice and sprinkle 7 to 8 tablespoons of Gelatin on top, let the gelatin absorb the juice for a few minutes.
When the juice is absorbed slightly – roughly the consistency of a paste, place saucepan on stove top and heat over low heat. Wisk gently until all gelatin is dissolved.
Transfer liquid to a measuring cup. Lightly grease your candy mold with coconut oil or other non-stick cooking spray. Pour liquid into the candy mold, and let set in fridge for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
Remove from mold and enjoy! Store in a refrigerated airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
